  1. Re: RANT: Disappointed, impressed and angry about today.

It’s very early days. One win makes a huge difference. Far more established teams than Cardiff City get smashed by Man City.
Burnley next week is winnable. That game will put things into...

I would hope the club had insurance in place to cover the loss of Marsh. It did look like he had a nasty collision at the time.

He was injured in our first home T20 game which would have been early July.

Morris needs to go to. The club are an embarrassment. A massive overhaul is required

Wales World Cup qualifying group 2014

Looked at this the other day. We were drawn in the following group

    Belgium
    Croatia
    Serbia
    Scotland
    Macedonia
    Wales

Wow. I think we were bottom seeds for the draw. What a horrible group.

    Re: 11 points

Early days yet. Obviously you do need to win soon but realistically it’s all about finishing fourth from bottom or higher. Who knows how many points that will take. If Huddersfield, Burnley, West Ham...

    Re: well done Reading

Thanks Jeeps. Our first League win since April. Let’s hope Cardiff’s comes very soon. It’s going to be tough for Cardiff. You can definitely finish above Huddersfield and Burnley. Then it’s all about...

    Re: RIP Enzo Calzaghe

I got caught out on this regarding poor old David Cassidy who was someone I had good memories of. I posted on here in good faith that he had passed away when he was still alive albeit only just. He...

  13. Re: Oh font of Knowledge that is CCMB, any career advisers on here

If it was my daughter I would want her to go down the Uni route and do a degree that was sport/sports journalism related. That’s where her passion is. So perhaps suggest she does the three A levels...

    Re: GLAMMY

Finally an admission of failure. Alongside Shaun Marsh we need three new specialist batsmen next season. We need two new openers for starters. Then maybe we can bring in someone like Carlson lower...

Yes I can guide you. My professional advice is to just give up. Quit whilst you’re behind.

Really surprised you are getting grief just for wearing Welsh colours. That’s piss poor.

    Re: Tonight's Captain

Yeah but youíre happy to have a player whose parent may be Welsh but who may have never set foot in Wales in their entire life. At least Williams lived in Wales for nine years. If you want to go down...

    Re: Tonight's Captain

No you are inconsistent. I don’t see you targeting other players who have chosen to play for Wales on the grounds of having a Welsh grandparent.

So why aren’t you blaming Bryan Flynn for making the approach in the first place? Williams started making his way in the professional game late so missed out on age grade football. Presumably you...

Eh? If manager’s called the shots why were half the squad pulling out with injuries? Who has been more committed to Wales? Welsh born Ryan Giggs or English born Ashley Williams? Did you celebrate...

    Re: Tonight's Captain

What Grangetown chooses to ignore is that Wales approached Ashley Williams to play for the country. In addition he has a Welsh grandfather on his mother’s side. He says his mother gets very emotional...

  24. Re: Events conspire against Wales, but better team wins on the day.

Agree about horses for courses. Leaving Eriksen unmarked in the penalty box is never a good idea. Iím a bit fed up with Gunter, Heís not great. He doesnít stop crosses often enough and backs off too...
  25. Re: Events conspire against Wales, but better team wins on the day.

That was a typical Gunter Reading type performance. He moved forward with the ball, checked, turned around and ran backwards before passing the ball back or at best sideways. It kills the momentum....
