Poll: Re: Will we stay up?

Fulham and Huddersfield are as good as down already. So I think there are three teams trying to avoid that last relegation spot. I believe that the last spot will go to Brighton while Southampton and...

    Re: Awful today

I have been very supportive of NW this season and appreciative of what he has achieved with our club but today I feel very let down. It was not the fact that we did not win today but we did not seem...

Re: My vallient boiler the gauge is on red ?

I should have added that you must close both valves when you have raised the system pressure

Re: My vallient boiler the gauge is on red ?

If you look at the underside of the boiler you should see two valve handles amongst the piping. Open one and then slowly open the other one, watch the gauge and the indicator should begin to rise....

    Re: Happy birthday Neil

You are a youngster in my eyes but I am in awe of what you have achieved with my club. Enjoy your 70th, I had mine 4 years ago. It makes no difference what your age is becuase you are as old as you...

Re: Just a question about the minutes silence

It should be a minute's silence. Clapping should only be done to celebrate the life of someone who has died in bed after a long and (hopefully) happy life. A minute's silence is appropriate for...

    Re: Warnock's Post-Match Kane Comments

We all have different opinions in this life, it makes it interesting. My opinion for what it is worth is this: Was it a red card - No. Will we suffer if we lose Ralls for three games - No. Is the...

    Re: City's Worst-Ever Start To A Season?

OK, results so far are not encouraging but it is what happens over the whole season that counts and I believe that we will come good before long and survive. It may be seat of the pants stuff at...

Re: Woman That Fell From A Cruise Ship

Maybe she was worried about Brexit. If you read the Guardian or online BBC it is going to be the end of the world as we know it.

Re: Swansea v Leeds who do we cheer?

Be nice if somehow they could both lose.
  11. Re: Madine to Sheffield Wednesday for a "reduced" fee?

With you 100% on this. Give the lad a chance.
  12. Re: Madine to Sheffield Wednesday for a "reduced" fee?

Personally I don't think the lad has been given a chance. He obviously has ability as his past record shows so to ditch him after a few months during which he wasn't always fully fit seems to be...

Re: Ingerlund ........ What changed on Sunday!

I actually live in England and every couple of years I go through the same rigmarole. They get to a major championship and the Press and the BBC big them up. I actually start off a bit indifferent to...

Re: What was your first live game

1953 City v Arsenal. 0-0 draw. My dad was a keen Arsenal fan and I think he was trying to get me interested as well but I got hooked on City instead. Don't remember much about the game but I do...

    Re: City Quiz Answers

Sorry to be pedantic but there is an obvious error in question 2. Alf Sherwood played for the city for a long time but I doubt he was in the first team in 1934 and Ron Howells was definitely not the...

    Re: Greg Halford.

Every club has them but we seem to be cursed with more than most. Halford is a good squad player. Warnock knows him and trusts him, that was good enough for me from day one.

I had my reservations at first as I would with any new player but this young lad is turning into one of the success stories of the season. Even the very best goalkeepers can make mistakes...

Showing my age but for me Graham Vearncombe was the best followed by Fred Davies but that could be down to my rose coloured glasses. In later years David Marshall was good and I like the young lad...
