Bothroyd wants us back in blue

Former City striker Jay Bothroyd wishes his old club were playing in their rightful colours.
Bothroyd will be a pundit for the BBC2 Wales this evening as they cover the live FA Cup tie with Colchester.
    Bothroyd tweeted

Right,I'm on the way back to my second home Cardiff to watch the boys tonight shame they won't be in blue but should see a convincing win 😊
    — Jay bothroyd (@jaybothroyd) January 2, 2015
Bothroyd is currently playing for Muangthong United in Thaland.

Bothroyd's child-hood club is Arsenal but he realises his best years were with us. Could do with him in this team.

He didn't actually say that he wants us back in blue, as such.

Could still do a job for us if we could have him for a short term contract until the end of the season. On his day, he is a good player.

However, we would have probably still probably be bouncing around the old 3rd and 4th divisions with possibly the occasional visit to the Conference.

Isn't it a bit hypocritical for you to embrace players of an era where Hammamm and Ridsdale created the large debt with ensuing HMRC court proceedings, selling an extended long term contract for food and beverages with Compass and the Golden tickets to buy in these much appreciated players.
Do you make it your mission to come up with weirder ways each days of why everyone is a hypocrite for not liking the rebrand?

If it wasn't for Hammamm and Ridsdale's financial mismanagement, buying players beyond our financial means, then we wouldn't have needed Tan to initially and continuously bail us out.
I totally agree with what you wrote
