My observations :-

Only player that can jump for a ball is Jones.

Lacking a leader anywhere on the pitch

Kadeen Harris - great footballer, fast and can beat a man - the problem is that his distribution and awareness are way off.

It seems that Slade doesnt do or say much whilst standing in the technical area - and for some strange reason it is Scot Young that seems to be telling the players what to do - maybe that is one of the reason we have been so poor.

Colchester very nearly got a couple of late goals - 3-1 flattered us

My observations :-

Can't argue with that and not my words but I agree with them Sears was far better than anything we have to play alongside Jones.

Sears had a good game and looked sharp.

My observations :-

Only player that can jump for a ball is Jones.

Jones may have scored, but, overall he was in one of his "can't be arsed" moods that we get from him about 40% of the time - he's still our best striking option by a distance this season though.
