Which stewards said the game was in doubt?

I think the OP is just stating an opinion - tbh with elf n safety these days, it does look dodgy.
Borley will be on the case I'd imagine as I think it was his firm that built it? Or was it Laing O rourke? Either or, they'll have a roofing fixer up there on a cherry picker sorting it id imagine. Cant see them calling it off
Phone the club.
Happened earlier this season at Newcastle too. They'll just delay the kick off slightly (I imagine it will be fixed before it comes to that though)

Safety first means prepare for game off.

Damage is damage - doesn't matter how much. If they can't secure it then it's not safe and the match will be offOriginally Posted by Hilts wrote on Sat, 10 January 2015 11:44
Yep unless they are 110% sure no more will come off its off.Originally Posted by The Bloop wrote on Sat, 10 January 2015 11:48

@GriffithsJECtrl: Update CCS:Contractors have gained access to roof creating a hatch for specialist fire crews to lower themselves on lines to remove cladding
Surely they'll try to delay before they cancel.
