Thread: Groin Strain

    Groin Strain

Been a very long time since I had a groin strain so forgot the best way to help it heal !!

It's been just over 2 weeks now and it's not really going away-sitttng in the office all day seems to slightly aggrevate it.

What are the best things I can do to help the healing process ?

None of those are suitable for your groin - particularly resting it.

    Re: Groin Strain

When I had my last groin strain a good exercise is to lie on your back, hold a football between your knees, preferably deflated a bit, and bring them up to a 45° angle with your feet, flat on the floor. Then gently squeeze together 5 times using about 75% effort.

Good examples on this youtube clip

    Good luck

I've turned into gluteus maximumus. This doesn't feel good.

I'm just going to call a whoosh on myself, because I genuinely thought you were being serious.
