It's been just over 2 weeks now and it's not really going away-sitttng in the office all day seems to slightly aggrevate it.
What are the best things I can do to help the healing process ?

None of those are suitable for your groin - particularly resting it.Originally Posted by Otis wrote on Thu, 15 January 2015 13:46

When I had my last groin strain a good exercise is to lie on your back, hold a football between your knees, preferably deflated a bit, and bring them up to a 45° angle with your feet, flat on the floor. Then gently squeeze together 5 times using about 75% effort.

Good luck
They need a sprinkling of humour.Originally Posted by lardy wrote on Thu, 15 January 2015 13:55
