    I know the area very well. It is near humber motors, the largest garage in penarth.

    "includes 4 labour councillor's", says it all really, just like PC & UKIP anything Labour are unelectable. Party of the people?, which people?, the forthcoming election will provide a shock or two me thinks with the Tories and the lefties both taking a bloody nose and the inevitable, we did better than them bun fight after the results,the turnout may be one of the lowest on record. U.K politics as it is, is all bar finished. IMO
