Is there any money in stamps unless you're talking penny blacks? I can't ever remember anyone on the Antiqes Roadshow,anyway I've still got mine from when I was a kid penny blacks had just gone out of circulation.

Stamps from Victorian era (Commonwealth), especially of large denomination eg 5 shillings or more can be worth hundreds if not thousands, but these stamps don't tend to appear in collections that have just been accumulated in childhood.Is there any money in stamps unless you're talking penny blacks?
