If anyone can prove that I post as Crazyhorse I will give £1,000 to a. Charity of your choice.

If you are proved wrong then you can each give £1,000 to a charity of my choice.

    Fair deal?

    Let's go children.

    .............

I can't prove that you are not crazyhorse but the second half of your proposition states that if you can prove me wrong, I must give your charity £1K. I hold you to that. Prove to me that croesyhorse and Crazy Blue aren't both you and the Grand is yours.

Re: Croesyhorse. I accept your bet

I'm happy to deposit £1,000 with anyone you like if you do he same.

When proof exists the money can be donated to a charity of each persons choice, whilst the other £1,000 can be returned to the other poster.

Who is going to be the banker? I suggest Mr Morris.

    Why the sudden backtracking?

Re: Croesyhorse. I accept your bet

If you each have a grand to call upon for a messageboard dispute then both of you should be giving it to charity immediately. Charity isn't only to be done when you've lost a bet, you're clearly desperate to give money away and MM (presumably) can prove whether you are the same poster or not very quickly which should be good enough.

No backtracking. Of course I can't prove that Croesy Blue and crazyhorse are the same person, even though I'm certain that you are. But neither can you prove that you aren't (because you are). You set the terms of the bet, they're quite clear. If you want me to to give £1000 to Mike Morris while this is being settled -although I have no idea what's going on- I'll put it in his account tomorrow. This is a pledge. Will you do the same?

Vimana, your post would have a lot more credibility were it not known that you and I are actually the same person, as exposed by Croesy only a few evenings ago.

These messageboard disputes are pathetic and if you both have a grand lying around then both give it to charity. I don't care about who is backtracking.
