Can't beat a bit of Ol' Joe Clark, I say.
I used to like the Welsh folk dancing(twmpath) we did in Juniors in the run up to St Davids day when we'd compete for our house. It was great dancing with some of the gals in my class, as well.

Great!! These people didn't have crap advice about reducing animal fat and eating loads of carbs. And since then corporations like McDonalds have worked out how to make money by increasing waistlines, while other corporations realised that they could make money 'helping' (?) fat people to REDUCE waistlines. This way all the capitalists win and we lose.
