    need some facia and soffet repairs

    Anyone free on Friday for a small job fixing about 6 foot of soffet and end facia board
    Its old stuff Not upvc
    Need it done Fri as I can be home Fri I've blocked up hole so birds can't nest there but there across the road watching it lol

    Without looking at it, but with years of experience in these matters, someone doing a "quick fix" may make this problem worse not better.

    The wood has rotted because you are getting water penetration from above, this is because the roofing felt has deteriorated.

    If you have a gable ended house (semi), most prob the cement on the gable has deteriorated as well.

    Quick fix will make it look pretty, but will enhance your problem.

    Looking is free, work is not.

    DO NOT LET "BUTCH CASSIDY & THE SUNDANCE KID" anywhere near it.

    I want someone to have a look if it needs cement then so be it I'm not trying?to?get it done on the cheap I just assumed it would be a quick fix as it looks a small job

    Summer time I'm having it all ripped off as I'm having loft conversion it is sound advice and I appreciate it all
    My whole estate was under siege with guys doing facia last year watching them nailing upvc onto the existing wood put me off cowboys lol
