    Brum points deduction decision

    I am amazed the league guys and gals have not decided this yet.
    In the interest of fair play it surely requires an early decision. It's not difficult at all.
    Administration before end of March EQUALS punishment.

    Clever lawyer ...Let's put a holding company in place to protect us from a points deduction .... Err....Err....

    I think they should make an announcement this week.

    The holding company argument didn`t work in the case of the Southampton Administration , but each case must be looked at on its own merits.

    Is not the decision to enter Adminstration due more to failure of Directors to agree a way forward more than a financial one. That is what I understood anyway. The directors could not act as a whole and were not acting in the best interests of the company. There was said not to be any financial reason.
