Too many double negatives here - but he must go sooner rather than later. My simple proposition is - will he ever get us to the PL? Answer = No.

Will he ensure survival in the Championship this year? Yes - but it will be a soul destroying experience because he is not fully competent at C/ship level and we will scratch around for points and suffer the 'nearly - we are in transition' games like we saw today... sorry to be doubly negative!
