    Can anyone take responsibility ?

Completely leaderless Cardiff City succumb to yet another home defeat. What was witnessed today was a capitulation due to no one grasping the need to show some bollocks and lead by example by putting their body on line and do what was necessary.

The hard work was done today, the team had ground out the right to play and therefore win the game but the minute they realized that they had done that they threw it away. There was nobody either on or off the pitch who could show the conviction needed to guide the team to the 3pts.

Extremely disappointing and it's almost inevitable that it will be repeated again before the end of the season because of a complete lack of any one at the club taking responsibility and showing any sign of leadership.

Well we had an ideal club captain who had shown previously in the Championship that he could successfully play the leadership role. Except we gave him away to bring in a donkey from Reading who cost us millions. I was sitting in line with Roger Johnson in the crucial last fifteen minutes today as he was marshalling his defence and telling them to move out when necessary and sorting out the marking. He's not the player he was but we have no-one who can take the team by the scruff of the neck and get them playing for the common good.

Quick question - who took over as captain after Gunnarson went off? I thought we were doing alright in midfield until that happened.
