A friend of mine in the USA reckons if she phones me on my mobile from hers, both parties are charges for the call, here is what she said....Is she right?
Well I don't know about there or about what kind of plan you have, but here on the cells both people get charged for every minute that they use that's not on their plan. Regardless of who is doing the calling or receiving

I believe that's the way it works in America. Crazy innit!

No no, sorry I misread I think. That's only for american phones. You pay to receive calls I believe. Doesn't work internationally. I guess she'll have to pay the full amount for calling you as you won't pay to receive calls here.
