O.T traffic Tweedsmuir road and Moorland Road yesterday

I know the traffic on Tweedsmuir road can be bad going toward Rover way, but yesterday it was jammed everywhere
    Anyone know why
About 12, on my way to the football

Closed again today, along with Adamsdown bridge, and the town end of Bute Street. Tough to get out of town from the station heading East!

Police were called after 'splott parker' and 'Jimmy The Jock' got into a drunken altercation over the rugby, 'splott parker' was quoted as saying something along the lines of "why did your lot roll over for Ireland", splotty was later seen leaving the area with a few petals missing from his full facial daffodil hat and mumbling something about the bravery of "the boys" in their attempt at the title, it was pretty bad.

I'm bored of his story about how he "was born under the 'H' at the Arms Paaaaaaark", he's always telling it.
