People who have moved away from Cardiff and surrounding area

Do you have other clubs on your new doorsteps that you support. Living in Poole and working in Bournemouth I can honestly state I hate the Cherries. But Poole Town are on the brink of their own bit of glory, gone top of the league tonight and play Corby who they have leapfrogged tonight at home on Saturday, a draw will do them, a loss and Corby will pip them in promotion to the conference South. Exciting times and I will be biting my nails there on Saturday rather then wasting petrol on Russell Slades barmy army.

Seen them 7 times since January for the price of one tank of petrol and the bridge in to Wales. I've not used my season ticket and we have drawn 1 and lost 6 of the seven games I've missed, whilst Poole have 5 wins and 2 draws. NEVER thought I could ever give up on the City but the love has gone.

Lived in Macclesfield for 30 odd years. Got a real soft spot for them as have lived here longer than I have in Cardiff. Still stood in the Cardiff end both home and away when they met.

Regularly watch Hyde United, Leek Town and Congleton Town too. Hate Stockport though. If I lived in Cardiff I wouldn't support any other team. So I guess it is an enforced support of football in general.

Sutton United are my other team.
Aside from their FA Cup exploits they have been pretty poor over the years.
I do try and go to a few games at Gander Green Lane when I am back in the UK.

    There's a pattern here.

Indeed mate, the irony is that City have actually won 5 out of 7 of the home games I've been to this season.

I used to watch Charlton occasionally when I lived in London and later became a steward at Welling United. Watched Gladbach and Dunfermline when I lived in Germany and Scotland respectively And I have a soft spot for Exeter and Yeovil. However, there's no substitute for one's hometown team although Tan put the tin lid on that strong affiliation.

I wouldn't go down the CCS even if I lived in Sloper Road and they left the gates open on match days

So you like Poole because they are on the brink of glory, but not so keen on City at the moment because they are playing crap?

They should come up with some sort of nickname for that type of fan......

Are there any bilingual entries in your infamous spreadsheet? To be honest, the hairy armpits are a bit of a turn-off

My first love was a blonde German girl with high cheekbones but that was a long, long time before internet dating was around.

I lived in London for 39 years and never picked up a " second team ".

I'm certainly not going to start now I'm living in Worzle Land.

Just City for me good or bad.

Talking of internet dating, I was taking a uni course when mIRC v1.0 first came out, and it led to a few international adventures during the 90's. It wasn't internet dating per say, but it was a paradigm shift in ways of meeting top international talent. I'll never forget the one from Singapore, she turned out to be a top model but for some reason kept it quiet during our chats. Blokes all over Cardiff were walking into lampposts for the best part of a fortnight
