Thread: Would the Premier League be stronger with less promotions/relegations?

    Would the Premier League be stronger with less promotions/relegations?

    Seems loads of teams spend stupidly and kick out managers desperately trying to save their status. Maybe they wouldn't squander who much if more stability was guaranteed? or less incentive to improve?

    To improve stability maybe just distribute the tv money more evenly through the 4 divisions.

    It would be better with 6 relegated and 6 promoted.

    Or maybe 8 down and 8 up?
