I bet I know the bulldog of a man woman who put that ticket on aswell. It walks up and down that Main Street all day long just waiting for anyone to stop there, even with the engine running outside the cash till she still pounces saying you can't even stop. I always see her on the rare days I pass thru the town these days...
Good to see that no-one gets special treatment. Rules is rules.
There is always one, normally they never get a ticket wherever they park traffic wardens look the other way even when the cops are having lunch and parked on double yellows disabled bays or loading bays
