I'm just not sure he's all that interested which is filtering down through the whole club it feels. There is little doubt you shouldn't rack up huge debts but when he owns those debts he could if he so wished and I'm not sure the financial fair play rules have all that bite, QPR have dodged a lot.
We don't need to spend a lot really, just spend a bit on players that have been vitally needed for a couple of seasons.
