Taxi drivers, white van men and cyclists
The Newport road turn off from eastern avenue is a great example of this. However it might be that the driver doesn't know the road, doesn't appreciate it's a filter lane and slows down as he is expecting to have to give way.
Meanwhile in Syria this morning, their websites are full of posts displaying an outpouring of support for our very distressing situation

Top of the link road going West at J33!
People are still getting used to them, most of them in Cardiff are quite new and part of the works to improve capacity of the roads around Cardiff that have been going on over the last year. They do make some junctions so much easier.
I have only had 2 people stop, a quick beep and they are on their way most of the time.
Another bug bare, which in all honesty i thought this thread was about, is people leaving it until the last minute to exit in to the junction lane. J32 is a prime example of that exiting to go on to the roundabout towards a470
