Ameobi takes the "Gary Owen" cross into the box award this evening though.

Fair play to Shrewsbury, they wanted it more and looked the better team. Absolutely crap from City once again.

Really was not good enough by anybody's standards, and no matter what the circumstances.

    Poor.
Hands up anybody who is surprised though...

I bet Hull are quaking in their boots.

Are these results really considered "shocks" anymore?

A lower division team against a Premier League/Championship Reserve side. Lower league side fancy a result, higher league team can't be arsed. Seems to happen more often these days.

Shrewsbury were not the better team. We dominated but they were clinical with the first of their 3 chances all game. We were woeful with ours.
I'm sorry but they took their chances, looked fairly comfortable when they had the ball and defended what they had in front of them. We on the other hand passed it well and that was about it.

Whatever 11 players he picks, it's like Groundhog Day. The same game over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over a feckin gen.

Humpty Dumpty has to take the blame and go NOW!!!

Re: Cardiff v Shrewsbury. FA Cup matchday thread

Hats off to the 4000 or so City fans who were there. Sadly a predictably awful performance.

Re: Cardiff v Shrewsbury. FA Cup matchday thread

What is the point of repeating 'Slade out'?

Unless ' new and excited MLS part-owner' Vincent Tan (remember him?) decides to throw the club a cursory glance, this is exactly what we were always due - post RTB and VT's indifference.

We were poor tonight, but we are where we are, and we know how we got here.
