With Iranian oil back on the market and them stepping up production and American oil about to be exported for the first time in 40 years $20 a barrel seems a certainty. Unless the EU and China markets suddenly pick up low oil will be around for a few years.
Up to 2.5 million more barrels a day being produced than is demanded at the moment means it'll keep falling.
Saudi Arabia & the US would have to slow production if they want this to stop.
