Good win today . Only 6 teams have scored more goals then us yet the focus seems to always be on our lack of strikers.The defence on the other hand is 18th worse. Seems to be worse without Morrison? what should we do when he gets fit again. Would you put him back in the team. and/or was todays team our best starting 11? particularly for away games.
Shockingly to me, as I haven't really rated Morrison, is that we do appear better with him in the team than Manga. I think Manga is the better footballer but perhaps he's a bit of a luxury in this division. He also appeared to miss the through ball for Hudds 2nd goal today from the highlights.
It'll be interesting to see what Slade chooses to do, but we need to stop conceding goals so cheaply if we want to still be in with a shout at the end of the season.
