I'm prepared to carry on turning over a new leaf and to try to continue making the board a better place.

Hopefully, everyone will feel the desire to do the same.

Whilst I don't think anyone is going to disagree with the sentiment, if you carry on turning over a leaf, doesn't it just end up on the same side as you started with?

Shirley you can only turn over a new leaf once, after which it ceases to be new, so you then have to have another new leaf to turn over. So by the time some posters stop spinning leaves the tree will be bare.v
