Thread: 4 wins from 5

    Re: 4 wins from 5

How's the massive debt one run Bristol? It must be like a Cup game for you, to see if you can pull off a giant killing against a bigger team. Looks like you'll hang on in the Championship this year before your go back to the lower divisions where you belong (Can you take Swansea with you too please?). It's a big game for you in your fight for survival. How is is Steve Cotterill this days?

Popped into the Unite Cafe in Victoria Street today for a spot of lunch with a colleague.

Bloke comes into the cafe with a red & white scarf and on one end of the scarf is a Rugby ball and the other end a football with Bristol Sport above both.

Turned to my colleague and said wtf is that? He looked embarrassed shook is head and said dont ask.

What next merging with Wurzel Rovers ? LOL

All of your main support who would rather your team play in red just so you can play in the Premier League soon vanished, eh?

    Game is sold out now.

Not a bad effort from Cardiff shifting their tickets given what was allocated constitutes about 40% of their home crowd these days....

    20/02/2016 Cardiff City 4 BHA 1
23/02/2016 Bristol Sport (football section) 0 BHA 4

Plenty of room for optimism there.

It'll probably be a really close game. After all it's not as if we've banged in a shed load of goals against you at Trashton Gate in recent years is it? Oh, hang on...

    With Russell Slade in charge????
Never in a month of Sunday's...

Gotta be a reason why you've lost supporters by the thousands hasn't there?

Your stadium is half empty at best now.

You were far better under Dave Jones. Still you don't know what you've lost until it's gone.

Well Russell Slade was in charge when we put 4 goals on BHA. I'd accept he's not the man Cotterill is of course. You do still have Cotterill in charge I assume?

Slade also taken us to a higher position currently than Bristol City have finished in 34 of the last 35 seasons. Jurssey must dream of a manager like RS, or a team like ours perhaps.

    Re: 4 wins from 5

So why are you only half filling your home games?
Nobody seems to want to answer that.

When you were averaging 13,500 in The Championship a couple of seasons back were you still selling-out?

We have a larger average attendance than your lot and we're missing a stand. How's Legoland fairing for you?
Because being in the Championship is to you what being in the Premier League is to us as good as it's likely to get.

You hsve Russell Slade as your manager and Vincent Tan as your owner. You play in a soulless bowl. You're only going one way, and it's not up.

Steve Cotterill made Russell Slade look like Guardiola.

One season in the division, in which you had to sell your club's soul to get there, and still ended up getting hammered every week. You've got a very big opinion about your club!
Cotterill is a better manager than Slade.

None of this has any relevance to your original post by the way but I wouldn't expect you to remember that. Your original post suggested that we should be worried because you've won 4-5 recent matches. We've played and beat several in-form sides recently, so there's no reason we shouldn't add you to that list.
