Tablet advice please (Non Medicinal type)

My son wants to buy his twin daughters a tablet, they are 5 years old, so advice please...
Nothing too pricy, yet capable of the usual stuff, youtube, simple games and parental control.

I saw a 10" Android tablet by Lenovo for £120 somewhere recently. I believe it was Argos.
That should be decent build quality and would do what was requested by the OP.
