Are there any decent independent off licenses left in Cardiff any more?
I was looking to pick up a decent bottle of rum for the weekend but since losing 2 good shops in pontcanna and Wyndham crescent, it seems apart from buying online, I am stuck with the usual supermarket fare.
Anyone got any hidden gems they can recommend?

The Bottle Shop in Penarth in Station Approach has a really decent selection of alcohol - I appreciate it's not Cardiff but it's close enough depending on where in Cardiff you are based
