Absolutely spot on, great taste of scratching and that typical ghost chilli delay, which means you are on the second scratching when the pain starts.

Our house had some of them for this week, had some blue cheese triangle spread on them, very nice

though if i have them as a midnight snack, they always seem to leave crumbs on the worktop, despite me wiping it down loads
