so would I. I'd also consider the northeast of England significantly poorer than Cardiff but you want Cardiff to have better funding.

That is, if we were a region in england, we'd get £300m more.
no we wouldn't. Wales receives more per capita than England

I'm aware of how the barnett formula works, thanks for the link. I have no said that wales get's less per capita than england. what I'm saying is that we are underfunded, as the sources show.

If you are then vote in , if you think perhaps that the UK couldnt go it alone and think we are too small to survive?

Britain is the seventh largest economy in the world
    The fourth largest military power
    The fourth largest exporter.
    Member of the G8
Permanent member of the UN Security Council.
Close links to America and the Commonwealth (which, unlike the EU, is growing impressively).

If seven million Swiss and four million Norwegians are able, not simply to survive outside the EU, but to enjoy arguably the highest living standards on Earth, surely sixty million Britons could manage.

Where do you get those claims about the economy, military power and exports from? They don' t seem to stack up .

Just going off topic a little, what's going on here ?, was Cameron happy to be out of the EU at one point or is it selective editing ?

dave phillips' article says nothing of the sort as it references Scotland and Northern Ireland only.

the Holtham commission is hardly impartial.

of course I read it, I just disagree that barnett is unfair. that is not the same as saying Wales isn't underfunded.
