Seeking 1 Bed Flat in City Centre for my daughter.

Can anyone help me on finding a decently priced 1 bed flat near the City centre. It needs to be available soon, and within 20min walk of the centre.

We have tried the normal agents, just wondering if any private landlords might be on here. Any help would be appreciate.

They have some nice flats just by the Brewery on Penarth Road.

How much does that cost these days ?

Depends on lots of things, but you won't get much change out of £500 a month and in some cases, it will be more. Cost not change.

As for the rental costs - it's crazy prices, I have seen some one bed room "flat"(shower room within bed room and kitchen/lounge) at £675.00/month plus council tax and another at £550.00+water/elect/gas/rates.

As she works late (after 11pm) in the centre she can do with somewhere near.

I suggest you look on right move. City Centre flats command a premium so you are looking at upwards of £675 pcm for anything half decent.
