Of course Tan will have the last word! Its his club for fecks sake and he has countless millions invested in the club. Like most, I dont like everything he has done at City,yet anyone with half a brain will respect his absolute right to have the power of veto on this one!

How fast can you decide between 18 candidates wen there might be millions of pounds hinging on your decision?
