I think the squad definitely improved when Paul Trollope joined in March 2015. Although he was not my choice for the new head coach i will be supporting him 100% during the 2016/17 campaign. Hope he's allowed to get rid of all the deadwood currently on the books and hopefully be given a realistic transfer kitty for new players/recruits. Wouldn't be surprised if he used the loan option for a number of new players/recruits.

He seems bright enough , younger views/tactics on the game , probably has some loyalties on the field from his close training activities with the squad , he can kick a ball being an ex player ,so will know what the game is about , has a a nice personal smile, looks like he has a bit of metal about him, will be interested in the new background staff hebrinsg in ,Bellars perhaps , or would he be to noisy , probably has few contacts in the game especially at Welsh international level ??

Bringing Bellamy in would be a catch 22 for Trollope. On the one hand he could be putting a noose around his neck in that if we lost a few games fans could be calling for Bellamy. On the other hand it would appease some fans and give him more time to advance the club and put his stamp on it.
