There are fuel delivery strikes there that are escalating and in typical French style they won't get resolved. At there moment you can buy only 20 Euros worth of petrol per visit to a forecourt and the queues are awful.
No Jerry cans can be used either.

I work with a pair of brothers called Jeremy and William Cann. I am not sure if their parents realised that they would be called Billy Cann and Jerry Cann.Still call then jerry cans. Hmmm, wonder why that might be?
Hmmm, that was my backup idea. Considering leaving the car and getting train. Thats that idea scraped then.
