For those old enough to remember one of the best old school of journalists who covered the City.
A man who had a huge footballing knowledge and went out watching Wales in his hospital bed.
There is never a good way to go but getting to see his beloved Wales play in a tournament would probably be his choice.

I remember Peter Corrigan more for the interviews with him (mostly about City) I saw on television in the 70s and 80s - it seemed to me that he really knew his subject and always talked a lot of sense.
