Not true. You need to add outside of England. Don't forget they got to the semi final in Euro 96. Outside of England the English have not won a knock out match in the Euros.
He already said they won via penalty shoot out thus not really winning the game if you know what he means. I like the idea so I'm going to take it as fact. We'll still be the first breaking records all through the tournament hopefully another will be on Friday
