Allowing someone else to pick up tickets from voucher exchange in Lille?

I have the follow your team voucher which I would need to exchange for 2 tickets to the Belgium game but when I did this in Paris for the N.Ireland game I needed ID. Does anyone know if it's possible to give someone else permission to pick them up or transfer the name on the voucher. Can't make the game due to a wedding, which I'm absolutely gutted about, but I'm starting to come to terms with it

I have heard that a photocopy of your passport with a signed letter from you should suffice.
