The project/upgrade scheme is due to go on until 2020, if we leave by 2018 will this be finished?
I don't want this thread this into a brexit shitfest so I guess what i am wondering is if there is any contingency/guarantee in place to replace any possible lost funds?

Carwyn has asked for Westminster to match the expected funding after we leave.
Don't thinkhis request is high on anyone's list of priorities at the moment.
