Thread: Liam Rosenior.

    Liam Rosenior.

I see he has turned down a job offer from Plymouth, does that mean he'd do the same to us if we offered him the manager's job? I'd like to think we're still considered a more attractive option than Plymouth in terms of potential, but I can't help thinking that our reputation as a basket case club works against us when it comes to domestic managers in particular. Someone like Steve Cooper should be a realistic target for a club of our size, but my guess is that it is only the fact that he supports us and his father's connection with the club which possibly gives us a chance of getting him.

Sunderland and Birmingham are apparently in for Rosenior.

Today the Sun says Brighton is possible, but Kieran McKenna is favourite.

Also in the Sun, they reckon Cooper turned down Norwich, and that Rob Edwards and Kieran McKenna could be part of the managerial merry-go-round.

I know it's all paper talk but they will be a lot of management movement this summer.

A vote of confidence for Ipswich's PL ambitions from the man who took them there in two successive promotions..
