What do you make of the vast improvement since Slade's departure from Charlton?

The team Slade assembled were always going to come good, as the article says the sacking was premature.

What do you make of our league position since Slade's departure from Cardiff?

    Exciting!

Despite the poison legacy left by the previous incumbents (that clown Slade mainly), things are looking up, and the fans are excited and united once more. .. Bar one.

The article was clearly written a matter of a day or so before it became obvious how much better off CA are without humpty dumpty.

You are busted flush now TandyPandy.
    You were already TBH

    It depends.

If you're suggesting that Charlton's sudden good form is due to Slade despite his departure, then it has to follow that Cardiff's poor form (until recently) has to be due to Slade despite his departure.

Completely different set of circumstances. Implying that our current league position is the fault of Slade is a load of bollox which is to be expected of you.

Your fantasy man has been sacked yet again by another, unrelated club - to the mass relief of their fans - due to him being a shite dullard and you are still tugging your 'slade lookalike' over your hero.

All the best with your new WUM project CrazyHorse/Tandy/ .. TBC

Ok. Let's have a look at it, shall we?

This is your actual comment within this thread - "The team Slade assembled were always going to come good". This was with reference the Charlton team.

Just to make sure I'm not mistaken here, you have said that

    a) Slade assembled the Charlton team
    b) suggested that the team was going to come good, so by default
    c) future results will be down (to a large extent, give or take the input from the new manager) to Slade's work in assembling the team.

So, take that entire logical process and apply it to Cardiff. At the start of the season:

    a) The side had mainly the same personnel as the season before and was a result of 18 months in charge by Russell Slade.
    b) Was either going to improve, stay at a similar level or get worse.
    c) Future results were going to be down (to a large extent, give or take the input from the new manager) to Slade's work in assembling the team.

This is all your comment. I've not twisted your words, put words in your mouth, nothing at all. If you say there is a different set of circumstances, then you're actually undermining your own argument.
