Got a tenant issue, not paying rent or bills, 2 decent girls want to stay, the rogue one won't leave. Tenancy up this weekend. She just changed one of the locks too without telling me or the other 2 who are away. Weird. Not had this before. Anyone?

I'd get legal advice asap. Did you give her notice as per the tenancy (I'm assuming it's an AST). From what you've written it sounds like she's locked two others out of the house who are living there as well? CAB might give you good advice as well - but I'd get onto a lawyer who deals with this sort of thing quickly. Good luck.
