Ideas to make Britain a more inclusive multicultural society

I'd like to append Britain, all its countries, every village, town, city and county with istan. So, Britainistan, Scotlandistan, Steeple Bumpsteadistan, Port Talbotistan, Londonistan, Yorkshireistan, etc., etc..

Anyone else have suggestions? Serious replies only, please.

Mandatory allocate everyone at birth two religions or beliefs (done randomly but equally) to ensure no one religion/beliefs gains more practising worshippers and to promote peace, love and understanding.

School assembly's will be a ballache but apart from that what could go wrong?
