It's you being drawn in by those things. No one else knows when the Bake off programme is coming on.

Enjoy it though mate, life is tough enough.

The thing you are trying to trivialise is actually an exacting science that employs some of the brightest minds, and their goal is to maintain the production line that constantly churns out people like you

Once you know it, you are free to ignore it and continue with the tough life, but knowing the rules of the game will make you a better player

Unfortunately, since there is no dishcloth or mop, it's only fair that you can be the iron

Some might say that's a bit sexist, I quite like a bit of sexism though, reminds of when men used to be men

ah the old boyfriend playing on the mind again

Yes, the ex-boyfriend, we've been on tenderhooks for days waiting to learn the backstory. Why and when was he dumped? Was Steve R instrumental in the break up? We hope no two-timing occurred. Secret assignations, stolen winks and knowing nods would jar the sensitivities of CCMB'ers.

Have you ever thought about joining mumsnet? I gave him the red card and that was it, game over.

It's the same with those who claim they never read the sun and DM but always know what's in it.

I always follow the Sun and Daily Mail to keep an eye on Murdoch and Rothermere. Likewise, the BBC and Russia Today. Even that Icke fella is worth following as he always gives you the absolute worse case scenario!
