Midfielder Stuart O'Keefe has started light training after breaking an arm in the EFL Cup defeat at Bristol Rovers.

Cardiff boss Paul Trollope told BBC Radio Wales:
"We scored two terrific goals last weekend, we are creating chances, we feel we have created in all the games this season.
"Our midfield unit are all important to us and we have good flexibility in there as well.
"Jaap Stam was a top, top player and is a great football man. You can see his influences coming out already as Reading manager, I am sure he has a top future."
Reading assistant coach Andries Ulderink told BBC Radio Berkshire:
"Cardiff play a 3-5-2 system and can play it out from the back, but also play it long towards their two strikers.
"They're a good side and very difficult to play against it, but we also see a lot of opportunities for ourselves to play our own game.
"We're very confident of getting a result."
Analysis
Former Reading captain and BBC Radio Berkshire presenter Ady Williams:
"Reading, poor travellers of late, are looking for their first away win of the season and have not won in the league since the opening day of the season.
"Recent signing John Swift has made an immediate impact having notched two goals this campaign and will be hopeful of more.
"Reading's last win in Cardiff was at Ninian Park 10 years ago, but Cardiff have been struggling to score goals already. Just two goals in the league from their players.
"The Bluebirds are currently 15th in the table, and some fans already suggesting head coach Paul Trollope is already under pressure."

Cardiff City FC can confirm that a bid for David Marshall from Hull City has been accepted.
David has been given permission to discuss personal terms with Hull City. There will be no further Club comment at this time.
Shame he's gone, but happy we'll now have an outfield captain.
Looks like we're going to have a transitional season with Whitts being the Cardiff statesman. Good luck to Marshall if he decides to leave, he deserves another go in the big league.
Left side despite the sun still a little tacky.....
Missing chances already but playing well
Kadeem Harris just sprinted 60 yards to close down a Reading break and followed it up with an expertly timed slide tackle. Looking great as a wing back
Another good chance wasted.
Kadeem with another great sliding tackle on 40 mins. Overall a good first half from City
Some good stuff so far.
It's been OK. Created the better chances but finding it difficult to maintain sustained periods of possession.
Get le fondre on he's bound to score
Absolutely typical.
Marshall would have saved that
what are we doing?
This ref...
Kermogant's revenge.
Trollope will take us down
Bad day.
