Match officials for the game at CCS this weekend.
The name Andy Woolmer always reaises an eyebrow since his controversial end to a game at Kenilworth Rd between Luton and Cardiff on Vanentines Day in 2006.
The game was 3 - 3 in added time when Woolmer enraged the Cardiff players, management and fans by failing to award what could have been a match winning penalty.
Cardiff v Reading:
Referee: ANDY WOOLMER
Assistants: Adam Crysell and Daniel Robathan
Fourth Official: Marvyn Amphlett
Bio: Andy Woolmer
Woolmer was appointed to the Referees List in 2004 and has refereed more than 300 EFL matches. Prior to that, he served as a Premier League assistant referee for three years and ran the line in the 2003 League Cup Final and the FA Community Shield in the same year. He was the referee for last season’s thrilling EFL Trophy Final between Barnsley and Oxford United.

His performance was as poor as both sides'. It's those really petty decisions in the box that are so infuriating. The ones where both players jump for the ball and the slightest bit of contact is penalised thus relieving pressure on the defence.
You wait 20 minutes for any type of excitement and the officials snuff it out.
He did let far too much go between boxes and you think that's the way he's going to ref the whole match.
Officials are taking the piss out of the paying public by not allowing contact in the "critical" areas and players doing the same by conning the refs with their theatricals.
