    Awful day awful result against a p@ss poor Reading team. The club is lacking direction, motivation and any leadership.

    It's too early but if it was Slade... He isn't helping himself, he's determined to play a variation of 352. But why? I don't see how it brings anything out of the squad we have.

    No direction, ambition or leadership throughout the club. Just woeful.

    Just looking at the stats. 32% possession? With a 5 man midfield? What formation were Reading playing?

    All reading done was pass between defenders and we don't have a 5 man midfield

    Apologies, someone said he was playing 3-5-2.

    Still, 32% possession. Were Cardiff not pressing? Is the forward line hard working?

    We just gave the ball away far to often our passing was atrocious today especially when we got in good positions and all we had to do was make decent pass and we was in. I see the formation as 32311
