Noone isn't great, very predictable player for the opposition
In the right system with the right manager and some confidence Noone is a very effective player. Unfortunately he's played under managers who don't know how to use him in systems that don't suit him and his confidence is at rock bottom.
He's always played on the right and has to cut inside these days but I think his best days for us was on the left getting the bi line and putting crosses in low and hard.
His debut against wolves after going 1-0 down was how he should be used but I think he gets wasted.
Other than a striker we've got the right players to play 4231 perfectly.
He is quick, positive and by looking to get a shot away he would be able to open up space for other players. However, he's like a Townsend in that his final ball needs to be more effective and he doesn't contribute much defensively. You'd have to judge whether we're in a position where his strengths would add more than his limitations take away.
