I've been wondering, is it legally possible for CCFC and say Swansea, Wrexham and Newport to field B Teams or DVP-esque teams in the Welsh Premier Division? And would the standard of football be higher for our youngsters in the WPL over the DVP leagues?

I'm sure someone will slap me down facts as to why my question is dumb.

It's not a dumb question at all mate, I think it's been looked at before, possibly during Sams' time, and I think it's against football laws. I've thought about it too, but if you look at it from the existing clubs view it may be a bit unfair, also I don't think the standard of pitches would be conducive to a professional set up and perhaps some players would love to clog a player from a league club. Dunno, it's a debate to had I suppose.
