This seems fairly reactionary and headline writing rather than a fair comment. The Wales way is about togetherness, pace, a strong defensive base etc. and (as TBG comes close to saying) formations are neither here nor there if you can't get the basics right. It's possible that 4-3-3 works far better as "The Wales Way" here than 3-5-2.

We do seem to be struggling this season and it's possible that even at this stage the Leeds game is a relegation 6 pointer. Hopefully it will come good but if it's going to come down to fine margins as whether we stay up or not the fans will have a large role to play.
