    Odd that, because it has been proven that there was a period of sustained global warming in the dark ages, around the time the romans left britain, and that the University of Reading scientists deliberately left it out of their graph because it disproved all the dire warnings they keep uttering.
    It doesn't appear to be shown in this graph either. can we ask who produced this?

    By the way, the scientists from the U of R were some of the global warming scientists that went to antarctica a year or so ago, sailing from australia, to prove that the antarctic ice cap was melting and shrinking, only for their ship to get suck in the ice that wasn't supposed to be there. After 2 weeks of being totally trapped they had to be air-lifted off the ship.
    When questioned about this ice they said the fact that it was there proved their point.
    how does that work?

    You're talking about the medieval warm period, which is on the chart, just it was a local effect rather than global
